We keep your exam statistics and data for 36 months after which it is erased, the data is kept to provide you your results and data and help improve our services, if you wish to remove your data you can do manually by resetting the subjects in the study panel, alternatively we can remove all the data for you on request.

User accounts are suspended and remove after 36 months in activity, if you wish for us to remove these earlier you can do so by contacting us

Website visitors & online customers

When you place an order with us on our website, we will ask you to provide certain personal information, for example:
